MAPS fee update

Earlier this year the University suspended collection of the McMaster Association of Part-time Students (MAPS) fees. While a separate organization, part-time student fees are collected on MAPS’ behalf by McMaster.

The University has assessed the progress achieved by MAPS over the past year in meeting the University’s requirements for greater financial accountability and transparency. Dean of Students Sean Van Koughnett says the association has made satisfactory progress in improving its accountability. The University has agreed to again begin collecting part-time student fees as of the spring/summer session, beginning in May.
