IT Town Hall
From improving Wi-Fi to Microsoft software licencing, from Mosaic enhancements to web branding priorities, this quarter’s information technology town hall will examine current initiatives in IT infrastructure and administrative systems at McMaster. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and provide comments.

The July quarterly meeting will include:
- An update on Mosaic upgrades and a look at the initial feedback from the Alerts and Notification Pilot Study
- An introduction to the forthcoming Microsoft software licencing agreement and its impact on end users
- An overview of recent Wi-Fi improvement initiatives
- An update on the rollout of MacDrive
- An overview of the priority sites identified for the Web Branding
- A summary of how the new IT Governance structure is evolving, the work of the various committees, and how these efforts are affecting IT at McMaster
