How-to: Extend your MACID services
An issue with the renewal of McMaster student MACID accounts has resulted in an interruption to access to services such as student email and Avenue to Learn.
University Technology Services is working on the issue and should have all student MACIDs renewed by the end of the day.
To manually renew your MACID:
• Login to MUGSI
• Click on “My MUGSI”
• Click “Continue” at the bottom of the McMaster University Statement on Collection of Personal Information and Protection of Privacy page
• Click on “Enable your MACID Services”
• Close the window, click “Exit MUGSI” then click “Logout”
