The goals of this year’s forum are:

  1. To improve your understanding of how the Strategic Mandate Agreement and Forward with Integrity affect your department

  1. To review and update your knowledge on financial issues facing McMaster (including Mosaic and the Budget Model), the University strategies for meeting these challenges, and how these affect your department’s operations;

  1. To increase your confidence and capability for effectively handling uncertainties and pressures associated with financial initiatives; and

  1. To provide you with an opportunity to network with colleagues across the organization to share learnings and build synergy.

Our panel of senior leaders will return to provide insight on the university’s strategic directions and to answer your questions on these topics.

We are also pleased to present this year’s keynote speaker, Linda Nazareth, an expert on demographic and economic trends. She will enlighten us on emerging trends in these areas and how to prepare for upcoming changes.
