The Chainsmokers, Walk off the Earth, July Talk to headline Welcome Week concerts
DJ duo The Chainsmokers will headline one of McMaster's Welcome Week concerts, along with Walk off the Earth and July Talk.
The DJ duo responsible for one of the biggest hits of 2014 is coming to McMaster.
The Chainsmokers, the pair behind the smash hit #Selfie, will make a stop on campus as part of this year’s Welcome Week concert on Sept. 2 at Faculty Hollow.
Admission is free for students with a MacPass wristband. Tickets are $10 for Welcome Week reps and $20 for non-MacPass holders and upper year students (available at Compass Aug. 28).
Also on this year’s schedule are Burlington, Ontario’s Walk off the Earth and Toronto’s alternative/blues rock band July Talk, who will play a free concert for undergrads Sept. 4.
The performances are organized by the McMaster Students Union through MSU Campus Events.
