If you need some inspiration to kick start your new year’s fitness resolution, here’s some: Exercising while you’re young can help lower your risk for dementia, according to assistant professor Jennifer Heisz in the Department of Kinesiology.

Heisz shared her research this week with CTV’s Canada AM.
