McMaster ranked among world's top institutions
McMaster's position as one of the world's leading Universities has been reaffirmed by a leading global ranking authority's recent report.
In subject-area grades for universities, QS World University Rankings places McMaster among the world's top 200 institutions in 20 of its 25 subjects.
The rankings analyze disciplines in arts & humanities, engineering & technology, life sciences & medicine, natural sciences and social sciences & management.
McMaster earned its highest ranking in medicine. It also earned high placement in history, psychology, geography and materials science.
"Our faculty and staff work extremely hard to deliver a world-class education to McMaster students," said David Wilkinson, McMaster's provost and vice-president academic. "The University community should be proud of the broad level of achievement these rankings indicate."
