Marauders go west for volleyball glory

The Marauders men's volleyball team is looking to dig out its first national
championship this weekend.

In Langley, BC for the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) eight-team championship
tournament, sixth-ranked McMaster will begin its drive for the Tantramar Trophy
Friday against the Brandon Bobcats, ranked number three in the country.

Teams from the western part of the country have traditionally dominated Canadian
university-level men's volleyball. Western teams have raised the Tantramar Tropy 32
times in the last 35 years.
