Longtime employees celebrate many years of service

More than 150 employees were honoured for their years of dedication at the annual Years of Service luncheon held earlier this month.
Honourees gathered on campus and were thanked for their dedicated service to the University by President Patrick Deane.
Four employees celebrated 40 years of service, and one celebrated 45 years.
“Regardless of which milestone you celebrate this year, whether it is 15 or 40 years of service, you have been part of McMaster’s extraordinary growth and continuous development as a world class institution for teaching and research,” Deane told the recipients.
The 154 individuals at the luncheon collectively represent 3,550 years of service to McMaster.
