Kinesiologist talks one-minute workout on Today Show

Kinesiology professor Martin Gibala has been featured on the popular US morning television program The Today Show Sept. 20.

Gibala spoke to the show about his research and the idea of a “one-minute workout,” or high-intensity interval training.

Earlier this year, Gibala announced findings which showed that a 10-minute workout could be just as effective as a 45-minute one.
