Forging New Partnerships

With the opening of the new David Braley Health Sciences Centre downtown, McMaster launches a year-long series of public events highlighting the deep connections between the University’s research and the community it serves.

Family, Friends and Fly Balls

The GSA Softball League has been operating on campus on one form or another for five decades. Go behind-the-scenes of this family-friendly league for a look at one of the University’s oldest and most celebrated social clubs.

Then & Now

Esteemed alumnus John Hansuld ’54 is one of Canada’s premier geochemists. Katrina Radassao ’15 is a recent Health Sciences graduate who is now pursuing a Master’s degree in physiotherapy at McMaster. The pair both held jobs as waiters in The Refectory — Hansuld during the early-1950s and Radassao in more recent years, working as a part-time server in the new Phoenix Bar & Grill. They met to swap stories, share ideas and reminisce about their time on campus.
